Rockwell Rules

Rockwell has some of the biggest concerts and musical events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.

Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy

Rockwell events are usually general admission with standing room only. So guests that cannot stand for long periods of time may not have the best experience. There are a rare few seated events and that will be mentioned in the program description. If you are uncertain if an event is seated or not, please call the venue.

If you require special accommodations not listed above, then the venue is happy to help. Please call them at 801-528-9197. At least two (2) weeks rior to the event date to discuss how they can help.

Bag Policy

Guests are not permitted to carry bags into the venue that are larger than the size of a small purse. Management reserves the right to inspect bags. Guests refusing inspection requests may be barred entry.

Camera Policy

For most events, professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses and flash are not permitted. Management also reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with policy set by the event coordinators.

Child Policy

Children must have a ticket to attend a show if a show is an all-ages event. Any show that is age-restricted may not allow a minor to attend even with a parent or legal guardian present. Age-restricted events will also require an ID.

Coat Check Policy

You can check your coats and items at the concessions stand. You will be charged $2 per item.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for The Complex

Rockwell asks all concert-goers to adhere to the following safety protocols when attending events at The Complex.

  • Follow CDC Guidelines: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov
  • If you are feeling sick, please do not attend an event.
  • While at a concert, be considerate of others’ personal space.
  • Rockwell will not require proof of vaccination but do ask that you please wear a mask while at The Complex if you are not vaccinated.
  • Rockwell welcomes those who choose to wear a mask and will make disposable single-use masks available for those who need one.

Certain events may have different safety protocols based on each touring acts’ requests. Please visit the individual event page to see if your event has any specific requirements.

By visiting The Complex, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Lost and Found Policy

If you have misplaced an item at Rockwell please contact lost and found at  801-528-9197 for assistance. Items left unclaimed will be discarded after two (2) weeks.

Mask Policy

Guests who are not vaccinated are asked to wear masks during their visit.

Prohibited Items

These rules detail what is not allowed at the venue.

  • No Weapons of any kind. This includes knives, canons, muskets, throwing stars, long wallet chains, lead pipes, and anything else that might hurt somebody. If you aren’t sure, don’t bring it in.
  • No Smoking (this includes vaping) *The venue has a deck for smokers and non-smokers alike
  • No Outside Food or Beverage
  • No Illegal Drugs
  • No GoPros
  • No DSLR cameras
  • No Selfie Sticks
  • No Mace
  • No Backpacks
  • No Hula Hoops
  • No Glow Sticks
  • No Umbrellas
  • No Bad Attitudes

These could be subject to change per the artist request.

Rockwell reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas at Rockwell. This includes vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. Please contact a member of staff for information on approved smoking areas nearby.
