Waterparks tickets

Pop rock’s biggest modern band Waterparks are headed back out on yet another North American tour. The Prowler Tour is in support of the band’s new single and album cycle. Red Guitar, the newest single from Waterparks, was released July 19th 2025, and their new tour is set to begin November 6th with a show in San Antonio, Texas, but don’t miss them when they come to Utah! They’ll be headlining Rockwell at the Complex in Salt Lake City, so be there!

Waterparks are one of those bands that are as hard to define as they are versatile and innovative. Their sound is somewhere along the lines of pop-punk and bubblegum pop if the pop in question was rooted in rock. Get tickets to their Salt Lake City show and get a chance to hear their brand new song live! Tickets are on sale now, do try and keep up.

Waterparks: The Prowler Tour

Ever since they sprung onto the scene with their debut album, Double Dare, in 2016, Waterparks have been an essential to any pop punk fan’s playlist. Their music draws inspiration from a wide variety of genres and artists, and the result is something no one has ever heard from any other band. Their newest single, Red Guitar, is proof of that. Give it a listen and then try to tell me you aren’t dying to see Waterparks live at Rockwell at the Complex in Salt Lake City. I'll wait.

Waterparks are coming back in a big way this year. With their newly released single, Red Guitar, the band have finally started a new album cycle with a supposed full-length project on the way. But it wasn’t always this easy; in 2024, Waterparks were due to release their sixth studio album, Intellectual Property 2: Lost in the Property, the sequel to their fifth album, Intellectual Property which was released back in 2023.

The album, however, was never released. Shortly after the supposed album cycle began, frontman Awsten Knight took to social media to express his struggles in getting the album released. He stated that the album felt “cursed” and thus, the album was scrapped and never released. Fans have been dying to know when actual new music will come ever since the cancellation of Intellectual Property 2. And now, it seems they finally have an answer.

While an official album announcement has yet to be launched, Waterparks just released their newest single, Red Guitar, in July. Now, they’re setting out on a massive North American tour with the promise of even MORE new music soon. The new single, Red Guitar, is rumoured to be the first on a brand new sixth album, suggesting that Intellectual Property 2 really is scrapped forever. But don’t worry, either way, new music is on the way AND this upcoming Prowler Tour might just be coming to a venue near you. They’ll be playing at the Rockwell at the Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah this Saturday December 6th, so don’t miss it! Seriously, the FOMO is not worth it. Get tickets now!
