From, way back in the before times... OK fine, the 1970s. A new genre of Rock music came out of the independent and underground scenes of the day. Hip-Hop legends Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes and Ice Cube blew up; singer-songwriters Madonna, Alanis Morissette and Sarah McLachlan cemented their reputations as genre-defining superstars. Now, just about 25 years after the turning of the Millennium, all of those 90s icons are still pounding the pavement, but this time they are joined by a new generation of Alt musician...
